Installed a New EPDM Roof in Pittsburgh PA

Very pleased with Evans Roofing came out to look at my concerns with my gutters within a day gave me estimates and explained what process and materials they would use. Workers explained what they found wrong let me know what’s going on costs and value very reasonable highly recommend Thank you now i have no more worries about my gutters

I’ve now had Evans roofing out to repair a botched repair by another company and to replace a flat roof on my garage. Staff was friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. I got my estimates and bills promptly, and the office staff was always pleasant.

The new roof looks great and repairs are holding well. There was a little bit of a wait to get on their schedule but honestly any decent quality company is booked out a bit and they did their best to get to my leaky roof as quick as they could. Definitely recommended!

Over the last twenty years, we’ve owned a few fixer-uppers and have had all sorts of experiences with trade contractors. Few, if any, have gone as smoothly as things did with Evans Roofing. After my first phone call with them, I was given a very fair and detailed bid to tear off our slate roof and replace it with 50-year shingles that came in at about half the cost of one of the competing bids we’d received. The bid also included shingling over the tin on our porch roof

Once engaged, we were told that the job would begin within two weeks. Ten days later, on a Monday, the crew was onsite and they never stopped moving the entire time. By Tuesday night, they were finished with the job. They worked after sunset both days and cleaned up so thoroughly, you wouldn’t know they were ever there — except for the fact that they did an incredible job and the new roof looks fantastic.

One other notable effort that bears mention: They brought in a dumpster that was in our driveway to collect debris. The crew finished work on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they weren’t sure that they’d be able to get the dumpster out of our driveway before the holiday, but they made some calls and it was hauled away Wednesday afternoon.

Finally, I’ll just add that I’ve never written any other online review but it was just so refreshing to work with a company that kept its word every step of the way. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Recent high winds tore a downspout off of the side of our church. With accompanying heavy rains, water was leaking into our building. Evans was able to work with us and repaired the gutter in very short order. Their office staff was also prompt, responsive, and professional. We felt the price for the repair was reasonable.

The Evans folks were very quick to respond to my call. I had been living with a leaking roof for weeks. Many roofers do not repair tile roofs but I was fortunate to find Evans Roofing and in one day the roof was repaired. They have a professional, efficient team and I recommend them without hesitation.

We have a flat metal roof and were struggling to find anyone who could do some repairs. Evans Roofing installed a silicon system on our kitchen roof, and we had a great experience. They responded to my request for a quote quickly, and when they came to do the work they did it efficiently and well. After the work was done they called to make sure everything went well. We will be going back to them in the near future to get the silicon installed on our main roof as well.

Probably my best experience with a roofing company! They came out immediately to quote the giant hole in my metal roof and fixed it asap!!!! Everyone was super nice, I highly recommend these people I’ll be using them again if I need it.

We recently had Evans Roofing and Gutters do some maintenance and repairs on our roof, chimney, and gutters in preparation for listing our home to sell. The workers were prompt, efficient, and thorough. They even noticed a couple of items missed on the pre-listing home inspection, and they took care of those as well. Very pleased with the work.
