Confusing start but great finish

I had a roof leak that was making it’s way all the way down to my main living area. I got Evan’s Roofing phone number from a friend who had known about Evan’s Roofing from one of their friends. The estimate was prompt and courteous. The work crew came out the following week. The problem did not get fixed at first due to possible internal miscommunication between the estimator and the repair crew. My roof is only 9 years old and it was hard for the repair crew to see anything wrong with the roof. I called back when I was still getting water inside and the repair crew returned immediately and fixed the problem. I appreciate the promptness of the response by Evans Roofing and their quest to resolve my problem. I would use Evans Roofing again and I would recommend them to friends and family!

I contacted Evans for an issue with my gutter and they responded very quickly. They happened to be doing another job on my street, so they stopped by to take a look. They were very upfront and said that the issue I had was a very quick fix and it may not be worth it for me to pay their normal base rate, but then the gentleman said he was call and ask if he could discount the normal rate. He called me back within ~10 minutes, offered me a great quote, and then immediately sent one of his workers over to my house to conduct the repairs. This is the second time I’ve hired Evans for a job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
