About Robinson Township PA
A township in Allegheny County, PA, Robinson Township is about 12 miles west of Pittsburgh PA, accessed by US Interstate Highway 79 and State Highway 60. The township had a population of 13,354 as of the 2010 US Census. It is composed of four distinct regions that were former communities that once existed within the township: the natural area of Moon Run, the retail area called Gayly, the neighborhood around prominent schools named Forest Grove, and an industrial area called Groveton that lies near the Ohio River.
Today, Robinson Township is known as a retail hub.
